BOVEN DIGOEL, 1 September 2020 — Through the CSC Program (Corporate Social Contribution), PT Tunas Sawa Erma (PT TSE)—again proves its social care on the rural area-based educational system, through providing the honorarium for teachers at Camp 19, Jair District, Boven Digoel Regency, Papua, in last August 2020.

About 23 teachers—5 kindergarten teachers, 6 elementary teachers, and 12 junior high teachers—received this monthly aid. Despite the temporary closing down of the schools due to the Covid-19 pandemic, PT TSE assured that this honorarium would still be distributed as routinely as before.

Another party who expressed great joy about this aid was the Headmaster of SD Camp 3, Paskalis Aminon—himself wishing that the corporate would keep supporting the local teachers in the future.

Similar thing was also said by a teacher of SMP 1 Camp 19, Misbah. He admitted that he had been receiving the honorarium aid routinely since 2010. He expressed the outmost gratitude to PT TSE that had never failed in aiding the teachers.

The General Manager of PT TSE, Bae Sung Tek, said that this honorarium aid was nothing less than the corporate’s affectionate proof of appreciation towards the welfare of the local teachers.

“The corporate’s greatest wish is for this aid to benefit the teachers—so they can be more enthusiastic in helping to build Papua through teaching the children,” so he concluded. (*)

(pr)
