BOVEN DIGOEL, 28 Maret 2022 – Sebanyak Rp 195.750.000 digelontorkan Tunas Sawa Erma (TSE Group) untuk membantu peningkatan kualitas pendidikan anak-anak yang berada di sekitar areal perusahaan yang berlokasi di Boven Digoel, Papua. Diharapkan, anak-anak ini kelak menjadi anak yang berprestasi dan menjadi motor penggerak pembangunan di sana.

Dana bantuan berupa beasiswa ini diberikan kepada 350 anak-anak mulai dari jenjang sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Bagi TSE Group, bantuan pendidikan ini sudah menjadi program rutin, dan prioritas guna memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan anak-anak pedalaman. Dengan diberikannya bantuan ini, secara kumulatif, sebanyak 1.783 siswa yang sudah menerima bantuan dari TSE Group.

“Kami berharap, dengan adanya bantuan beasiswa ini dapat memotivasi, dan anak-anak bisa lebih giat lagi dalam menuntut ilmu, sehingga kelak dapat menjadi orang besar yang bisa mengakses dunia dan menjadi kebanggaan Indonesia,” ujar General Manager Humas TSE Group, Park Jibae dalam sambutannya di acara penyerahan bantuan di kantor PT TSE, Kamis (24/3). Acara penyerahan bantuan dihadiri oleh anak-anak penerima beasiswa dan orang tua serta wali siswa.

Apa yang telah dilakukan TSE Group ini merupakan bagian dari program Corporate Social Contribution (CSC) sebagai wujud kepedulian perusahaan kepada anak-anak Papua yang saat ini masih kesulitan mendapatkan akses pendidikan.

TSE dan unit usaha TSE Group lainnya sudah lama berkomitmen meningkatkan pendidikan masyarakat di pedalaman Papua melalui berbagai kontribusi sosial atau Corporate Social Contribution (CSC). Selain memberikan beasiswa, TSE juga kerap menyerahkan bantuan sarana prasarana penunjang kebutuhan belajar, seperti alat tulis, dan membagikan upah untuk guru di Papua. BOVEN DIGOEL, March 28, 2022 – A total of Rp195,750,000 was donated by Tunas Sawa Erma (TSE Group) to help improve the quality of children’s education around the company’s area located in Boven Digoel, Papua. It is hoped that these children will excel and become the driving force of the development in the area.

The scholarship fund was given to 350 children, starting from elementary school to college. For TSE Group, this educational assistance has become a routine program that is prioritized to meet the educational needs of children in remote areas. With this assistance, as many as 1,783 students have cumulatively received assistance from TSE Group.

“We hope that this scholarship assistance can provide motivation, and the children can be more passionate in studying, so in the future, they can become high-achieving people who can navigate the world and become the pride of Indonesia,” said the General Manager of Public Relations of TSE Group, Park Jibae, in his speech at the assistance handover ceremony at PT TSE office, Thursday (24/3). The event was attended by the scholarship recipient children with their parents and guardians.

What has been carried out by TSE Group is part of the Corporate Social Contribution (CSC) program as a realization of the company’s concern for Papuan children who are still struggling to get access to education.

TSE and other TSE Group’s business units have long been committed to improving public education in remote areas of Papua through a variety of Corporate Social Contribution (CSC) programs. In addition to providing scholarships, TSE also often provides supporting facilities for studying, such as stationery, and distributes honorarium for teachers in Papua.
